The aim of the Jagersbosch Health Care Services is to provide affordable services to the community. We provide an extensive programme of primary (preventative) and full-time (curative) health services with the help of medical practitioners. Nurses and caregivers distribute medicines from medical practitioners and local clinics to those without transport.
The purpose of these services is to monitor chronic or acute health problems, such as hypertension or diabetes.

The services are provided at the clinics used by Jagersbosch in Melkhoutfontein, Stilbaai and Jongensfontein, and at home in exceptional cases, and include: |
