Meals
Balanced, affordable main meals are provided to members of Jagersbosch. Special meals can be prepared for members with specific health conditions such as diabetes or high cholesterol. Persons that are not members of Jagersbosch are also welcome to purchase the meals prepared.
Meals are available as take-away, meals-on-wheels or as sit-down meals. An additional fee is charged for the meals delivered to members. The learners of the Sunbeam Pre-Primary School in Melkhoutfontein are provided with three meals per week. In May 2004 the service was expanded and the Immanuel Pre-Primary School started receiving meals.
To generate income, frozen meals (tripe, bobotie, chicken pie, spaghetti bolognaise, etc) are sold at Pizza world, Stilbaai (028 754 1473).
The meals are prepared in the two facilities available to Jagersbosch:

Funds have been obtained and plans drawn up to upgrade and extend the dining area and the kitchen at the Waenhuis due to the large demand for this service in the area.
